Allow verbose error output from Admin--Email Settings--Test your Settings

Fixed issue of text notifications being sent on ticket updates even though the settings was turned off.

Technicians who reply to ticket's email are no longer cc'd to the ticket since they are already a technician on the ticket.

Verified installer does not overwrite WebTracksWinService.exe.config. Therefore, any custom settings in this file will persist between upgrades.

Allow tech group in SmartReply to use UserID to match single member tech groups in addition to matching the tech group name.

Use Regular Expressions for SmartReply to allow for white space in Assignments. For example, Priority=Low and Priority = Low are now both considered valid.

Fixed issue SmartReply failing on Technician Change Notifications when Self-Notify is turned off.

Fixed an issue that applied to certain themes where private technician comments had no visual indication that they were selected. The border for the private comment will now use the default grid selected and not selected colors to give a visual clue that the row is selected.
